By accessing our website, requesting a consultation, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Vidaris Institute Pvt. Ltd. (“Vidaris Overseas”) is an independent education consultancy. Our core counselling and application guidance is offered free of charge to students. We help you research programmes, shortlist universities, prepare applications and understand the steps involved in studying abroad.

We act as an intermediary and facilitator between you and the universities you choose to apply to. We are not a university, an admissions authority, an immigration authority, or a legal or financial advisor, and we do not make admission or visa decisions. Those decisions rest solely with the relevant institutions and government authorities.

To use our services you must provide accurate information and, where you are under the age of majority, have the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. By engaging us, you confirm that the information you provide is true and that you have the authority to share any documents you submit.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete and up-to-date personal and academic information
• Ensuring that all documents you submit are genuine and belong to you
• Reviewing your applications before submission and confirming they are correct
• Meeting deadlines, attending appointments and responding to requests in good time
• Independently verifying key details such as fees, deadlines and entry requirements with the university

Submitting false, forged or misleading information may result in rejection of your application by an institution, and we may decline to continue assisting you.

We do not and cannot guarantee admission to any university, scholarship award, or the grant of any visa or study permit. Admission decisions are made entirely by universities, and visa decisions are made entirely by the relevant government authorities, based on their own criteria.

Any timelines, likelihood assessments or opinions we share are provided in good faith for guidance only and should not be treated as promises of a particular outcome. Rankings, fees, intake dates and eligibility criteria can change without notice and should always be confirmed directly with the institution.

Our core counselling and application-support services are free to students. Where you choose to purchase an optional paid service (for example, premium test preparation), the price, scope and refund terms will be communicated to you in advance and are subject to our Refund Policy.

You remain responsible for all third-party costs, including but not limited to university application fees, tuition deposits, standardised test fees, visa and biometric fees, medical and travel costs. These are paid directly to the relevant organisations and are outside our control.

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, the Vidaris name and our guides — is owned by or licensed to Vidaris Institute Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use this content for your personal, non-commercial study-abroad planning, but you may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit it without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vidaris Overseasshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our services, including losses relating to admission or visa outcomes, decisions made by third parties, or reliance on information that has since changed. Our services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vidaris Institute Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees and counsellors from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your breach of these terms, your provision of inaccurate or unauthorised information, or your misuse of our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Telangana, India.

You may stop using our services at any time. We may also suspend or discontinue assistance if you breach these terms, provide false information, or act in a way that is abusive or unlawful. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property, limitation of liability and indemnification — will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and we will update the “Last updated” date accordingly. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
